So far the charity has helped teach over 1,500 Doctors,
Physiotherapists and Nurses around the World, supported over
44 young doctors to train via its Knee Fellowship programme
and encouraged many research projects. We are also building a
Patient Fund to award Patient Support Grants, Its purpose will
be to assist knee patients in particular financial need to access
specialist skills where the NHS is unable to help them or there is
a definite requirement for urgency and the NHS is insufficiently
able to respond.

With so many health businesses within a small town, it is about time we celebrated it! Whatever you're worried about when it comes to your body you can come along and get yourself checked out. Experts will be on hand to give you tips, there will be lots of things to have a go at and it's a great opportunity to find out about the health projects and services within Droitwich that can help you lead a healthier life. There will be opportunities to get your body MOT'd, find out about healthy eating or even try out different exercises and it's all completely free!

NEW TRAINING PREMISES!
The Knee Foundation has been running Orthopaedic courses since it began 20 years ago. Our lecturers are specialised in their field allowing us to teach a variety of topics - more information. We have listened to delegate comments and felt it was important to improve our training facilities for 2008.
In 2008 we will be using the facilities of the Charles Hastings Medical Education Centre to give us larger rooms, skills labs and in-house catering facilities to make our courses bigger and better! Why not take a look at our courses.
