This course is designed at a basic level for the benefit of Physiotherapists and nurses. The course will cover anatomy of the shoulder joint in brief. There will be a detailed interactive discussion about management of shoulder pain in athletes and non athletic shoulder pain and management. The delegates will learn about common shoulder conditions like impingement, rotator cuff tendinitis, cuff tears and arthroplasty. The course will cover arthroscopic procedures, open shoulder surgery and arthroplasty at a basic level. Finally towards the end of the day delegates will have the opportunity to test their knowledge using case scenarios in a very interactive manner.
