- One of Droitwich Knee Clinic's founder physiotherapists, joining the team in 1988.
- Lesley is a Trustee of The Knee Foundation.
- President - Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (Worcester Branch).
- A member of the Knee Foundation's Clinical Advisory Board.
- Regularly teaches on the Knee Foundation's Acute Knee Courses, Nurses Study Day's and all Physiotherapy Courses.
